Self Evaluation

Self Evaluation 


I have asked each of the swimmers to rate themselves out of 10 each session on how they think they have performed based on there effort, focus, attitude skills and technique. The scale follows the following

1=10% effort ,skills technique, focus and negative attitude
2= 20 % effort skills technique, focus and negative attitude
3= 30% effort skills technique, focus and negative  attitude
4=40 % effort skills technique, focus and negative attitude
5= 50% effort skills technique, focus and positive attitude
6= 60% effort skills technique, focus and positive attitude
7= 70% effort skills technique, focus and positive attitude
8=80% effort skills technique, focus and positive attitude
9= 90% effort skills technique, focus and positive attitude
10=  putting 100% effort in, working on skills and technique. has a positive attitude


By using this method i can put it against how i think they are training. I will be able to tell if they are starting to get ill due to putting in the effort but not getting anything out of it. It also shows who is training hard and i will be able to tell how there attitude is.
